Equipment Always take suitable maps with you. Wear sturdy shoes suitable for the tour, take sun and rain protection as well as water and a snack with you. Take your mobile phone with you and save the emergency number of the rescue service: 144
Route description The tour starts in Kirchberg am Wechsel at the municipal office in the direction of Sport Tauchner, there turn right into the Feistritztal cycle path and follow the cycle path to Otterthal. At the fire station in Otterthal, turn left into the main road and at the next crossroads turn right towards Raach am Hochgebirge. Follow the road until you reach Schlagl, then turn right towards Raach, past the Diewald guesthouse and continue straight on to the Ramswirt Inn. At Ramswirt, take the third left (towards Landgasthof Fally). Continue straight along the road, past Fally country inn to the Urbank chapel. Turn right there until you reach the centre of Feistritz. Cross the road, cross the bridge and follow the signs for the Feistritztalradweg to Kirchberg am Wechsel on the right. Pass the sports field and turn left at the next junction and keep right at the next junction. Follow the road and turn right at the Hotel Molzbachhof, turn right again at the next junction and follow the road to the starting point.
Parking Parking spaces are available in the centre of Feistritz am Wechsel.
Getting there Coming from Vienna on the Südautobahn A2, take the Edlitz exit, Bundesstraße 54 to Wanghof and turn right to Feistritz. Coming from Graz on the Südautobahn A2, take the exit Grimmenstein, Bundesstraße 54 to Wanghof and turn right to Feistritz.
Public transport Arrival at Edlitz-Grimmenstein station, then continue by bus to Feistritz. Further information at: fahrplan.oebb.at and www.vor.at
