Snowy views

The Semmering also has its own charm in winter. Famous viewpoints such as the 20-Schilling-Blick or the Doppelreiterwarte invite you to enjoy quiet moments with a wide panorama. Those who set off can admire the impressive viaducts of the historic Semmering railway in a special setting - embedded in a snow-covered landscape. The Raxblickrunde is particularly worthwhile: an easily accessible circular route with impressive views of the Rax massif.

Winter tour in the nature park

The short winter circuit in Falkenstein Nature Park is ideal for anyone who likes to take a leisurely stroll. It takes about half an hour to walk through the nature park, past a frozen pond with a view of the surrounding landscape. With a bit of luck, you may be able to observe the goats in the nature park. Afterwards, it's worth making a detour to Schwarzau - for a cup of tea or coffee to warm up.
