Route description After Schlöglmühl station, the route turns right, going uphill under the railway line via St. Christoph towards Prigglitz. Follow the road until you reach "Auf der Wiese", a district of Prigglitz. Here is the first dining opportunity: Gasthof Seelhofer.Continue towards the center of Prigglitz. You will pass Gasthof Seelhofer and cycle gently uphill. When you arrive at the intersection, go straight ahead towards Gasteil. After the first climb, it is best to turn around briefly - you should not miss this view: the small village of Prigglitz and behind it the mighty Rax.After you have managed the climb, cycle mostly flat past Gut Gasteil, always keeping an eye on the "Art in the Landscape." This cultural highlight with sculptures by international artists outdoors is always worth a stop. If the estate is open, small dishes are also available here.We hope you are still hungry because the next culinary stop is just a few meters away: The Päuschen - treat yourself to a break here and enjoy the homemade delicacies from their own farm.From the Päuschen, it now goes downhill through forests and the small village of Buchbach until you reach Putzmannsdorf back in the valley. Continue under and past the railway bridge, or directly into the beer garden of Gasthaus Lambrechter. Follow the road until you reach the main street. Turn right, and you are back on the Schwarzatal cycle path.
Parking There are several parking spaces available at Schlöglmühl station. Alternatively, you can also start the route at Gloggnitz station.
Getting there S6 exit Gloggnitz, follow the federal road to Schlöglmühl.
Public transport Right at the starting point is Schlöglmühl station, a stop on the Southern Railway line. Therefore, the route is easily accessible by public transport from Vienna and Graz.
