Nestled in the green gorge, at the entrance to the Adlitzgräben, lies the Wagner family farm. Here, four generations live and work hand in hand and produce dairy products in their own farm dairy, which come exclusively from the farm's 60 or so Fleckvieh cows. The farm is not only the home of the family and their animals, but also a promise of quality, freshness and trust. Since the opening of the farm dairy in 2023, which is equipped according to the latest hygiene and quality standards, butter, curd cheese and yogurt have been produced here in addition to fresh milk. The Wagner family has been continuously expanding its range since 2025. In addition to natural yogurt, fruit yogurts are also offered in seasonally changing varieties. New product ideas, such as various spreads or grilled cheese, are constantly being tried out and further developed. The Wagner family's products are not only available directly from the farm, but also in many supermarkets in the region and are appreciated by regional restaurateurs. The Wagner family's farm and dairy are therefore not only a place of production, but also a place of enjoyment and regional marketing.
