Description
The Schlager family's farm in Mollram, in southern Lower Austria, is now in its fourth generation. After taking over the farm in 2002, it was extensively renovated and converted to organic farming methods.
Directly from the farmer
The switch to organic farming was not made for economic reasons, but out of the conviction that a respectful and responsible approach to nature and animals is directly reflected in the quality of the products.
ORGANIC QUALITY
According to the motto "You are what you eat", the consumption of regional organic products is also a priority in our own household. This attitude gave rise to the idea of processing the grain grown on the farm ourselves and selling it in our own farm store in the fall of 2016.
Farm shop
The farm store is open every Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00. It sells the farm's own products as well as other products from organic partners in Austria.
