The Dietmayer Bakery in Ternitz is synonymous with traditional baking craftsmanship and quality products made in-house. Now in its fourth generation, this family-owned business relies on time-tested recipes, skilled craftsmanship, and Austrian suppliers.
The product range extends from classic wheat, rye, and mixed-grain breads to whole-grain products and fresh pastries, as well as sweet pastries and Danish pastries. Specialties include spelt Wachauer rolls, sunflower bread, apple-spelt bread, and the in-house developed Schrotkurstangerl. For celebrations and special occasions, filled pretzels, sandwiches, as well as cakes and pies can also be pre-ordered.
