The Ternitz Artificial Ice Arena is a popular gathering place for winter sports enthusiasts in the Neunkirchen district. On the 1,680 m² covered ice rink, guests can skate regardless of the weather. The facility offers public skating, school skating, as well as training and tournament opportunities for ice hockey and curling.
The artificial ice rink was covered in 2006 and has since provided excellent conditions for recreational and club sports. Skate rentals are available for visitors. The ice season typically runs from November through the end of February; the exact dates are published by the municipality of Ternitz.
