A house with history: Villa Schönthaler, named after the court sculptor Franz Schönthaler, was the first villa in the unique European villa ensemble on Semmering in 1882. Following renovation, the house has been given a modern look with its new furnishings and offers the charm of the historic. It is this mixture that gives the villa its special charm and makes it the perfect event location in the middle of the natural backdrop of the Semmering. In the spacious event floor on the first floor with salon, lounge, library and dining room with kitchen, you can plan your events for around 100 people. On the two upper floors there are 10 rooms with a total of 29 beds and 5 bathrooms.
