Villa Daheim is located on the climatically favorable side of the Semmering, with a view of the Rax, outside the autumn and winter fog zone.

The popular GHEGA railroad hiking trail along the "Semmering Railway World Heritage Site" runs right past the villa. Numerous walking paths invite you to relax, linger and marvel.

The viewing platform on the Wolfsbergkogel and the Semmering golf course are also in the immediate vicinity.

The Semmering pass, with all the important facilities (information, grocery store, bank, doctor etc.) is around 3 km away, as is the "Hirschenkogel" ski area with toboggan run and cross-country ski trail.
