Description
This beautiful and tranquil century-old house at the foot of the Rax is a real gem. Maintained over decades by our family, it is a place to feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that provides the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you want to adventure in the mountains, stay for a barbecue, take a dip in the stream, have a home office with a view, or just unwind and enjoy the surrounding nature.
The entire house is reserved for our guests, there are no common areas. Our guests have full access to the second floor (with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and a loggia) and the surrounding garden - including the small forest on the other side of the jetty and a pretty stream running through the backyard of the house. The basement, attic and second floor are not accessible and are not shown in the listing.
Additionally, the following amenities are offered upon request:
- Deck chairs;
- Barbecue grill, barbecue cutlery and wood from our forest;
- Home theater: projector (with built-in sound system)
