Wexl Trails
Mountain bike & e-bike action in St. Corona am Wechsel on mountain pastures and in the park for all ages and ability levels.
Above the expansive panoramic trails on the Schwaigen, the high alpine pastures of the Wechsel, and below are the sweeping trails for soulful descents. The Wexl Trails Trail Center is the perfect place to learn mountain biking and develop your skills. The shuttle service takes the riders comfortably back to the top.
The mini bike park in St. Corona is very popular for small shredders. Whether with training wheels or mountain bikes, the new generation can let off steam and learn. One highlight is the energy-saving uphill transport thanks to the Magic Carpet.Once the Easy-Line with flat ridges and wave tracks has been mastered, the trail leads to the steeper curves on the flowtrail.
Flowtrail at the Wechsel
Whether enthusiastic freeriders, E-MTB beginners or motivated kids, the uprooted 4.5 km long flowtrail brings a smile to everyone's face with perfect shaping and high curves. Along the route there are many resting places to avoid the bustle of people and enjoy the view over the Bucklige Welt and the Wechselland next to the blueberries. Jumps and tables, which can also be easily rolled over, ensure the right flow.
Single trail, panorama trails & uphill flowtrail
If you want something with more hills, the single trail is recommended. Roots, stones, steep parts and fresh forest soil are the perfect ingredients for a flawless Enduro ride. In addition to the Trailpark, riding along the panoramic trails at an altitude of more than 1,400 metres above sea level is not to be missed. Over wide ridges it carries on for about 70 kilometres from Schwaig to Schwaig, the gentle high alpine pastures at the Wechsel. You can enjoy culinary delights in the huts and enjoy the view of Eastern Styria and as far as Vienna. Even experienced riders enjoy a completely new riding feeling on the 5.3 km long uphill flow trail, where the downhill concept is turned upside down and you can go uphill quickly with or without an e-bike.
