Culinary tour

Discover Wiener Neustadt at its most delightful!

Pick up your Culinary Pass at the Wiener Neustadt Information Point and start your culinary tour at Café-Konditorei Ferstl. On the way to the next stop, you’ll pass the cathedral, the provost’s residence and the St Peter’s Museum on the Sperr before being treated to a delicious punch doughnut at Konditorei Köller. The route then takes you along Wiener Straße towards the main square. Via Neunkirchner Straße, you’ll reach Villa Maria, where a Mediterranean atmosphere awaits you. If you’d like, it’s also worth taking a detour from here to the Theresian Military Academy. Alternatively, take a stroll through the idyllic Bahngasse, past the Capuchin monastery – complete with its popular donkeys – and the Kasematten. Via Mittere Gasse, you’ll finally reach Lederergasse and Hildegard’s Refugium. To round off your culinary tour, the route takes you along Lange Gasse to Allerheiligenplatz. At Witetschka, a selection of Schärf coffees awaits you – the perfect way to end your tour on a delicious note.

Tip: The culinary tour can be combined with the cultural trail. Combine both routes into one and enjoy history, culture and cuisine all at once!
