Modern accommodation with a barrier-free shower, fully equipped kitchen, and parking directly in front of the house. Amenities include an induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, smart TVs, air conditioning, and exclusive use of a 150 m² garden. Bicycles are available free of charge; a washing machine is available for a fee upon request.
