1. Beat the egg yolks and eggs until frothy.
2. Add sour cream, lemon zest, orange zest, rum and vanilla.
3. Fold in the flour.
4. Beat the egg whites with the sugar.
5. Mix everything together.
6. Bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
