Demanding hike from Puchberg am Schneeberg station to the Schneebergbahn Baumgartner stop.
In just 30 minutes, the Schneeberg-Salamanderbahn takes you from the valley station up to the Baumgartner station at an altitude of 1,322 meters. During the season - when the Schneebergbahn is in operation - you can get the famous Schneeberg Buchteln with various fillings there. This is why the stop is also known as the Buchtel station. Of course, it is also possible to reach the stop on foot.
