The chicken on the Haller family farm is particularly well looked after. Jürgen, Markus and their parents Heidemarie and Gottfried Haller provide them with high-quality feed every day. The chickens are kept in the free-range barn, which is littered with sawdust. Thanks to the in-house slaughterhouse, slaughtering is also stress-free and transport-free.
The exquisite fresh chicken meat from the region is available at the Hendlhof on certain sales dates, subject to advance booking.
