The traditional Tavern is run as a family business and, like the farm, is located in southern Lower Austria in the Sierningtal valley in the Schneeberg-Rax-Semmering region. Meat and sausage products from the farm's own animal husbandry and production are offered at the wine tavern and in farm-gate sales.
Special emphasis is placed on animal-friendly husbandry: The straw pigs are fed with grain from the farm's own cultivation and kept on straw in a playpen. The desserts are also homemade. The apples and pears for the Cider come from the farm's own fruit trees and are processed directly on the farm. The Heurigen restaurant offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The beautifully situated guest garden is located right next to the rushing Sierningbach stream.
