Our hotel is located in the idyllic town of Breitenstein (Lower Austria) (Hauptstraße 69, 2673 Breitenstein am Semmering), nestled among mountains, meadows, and forests, just a few minutes from the Südbahn railway—easily accessible yet secluded enough for peace and relaxation.
Rooms & Amenities
102 comfortable single rooms, equipped with a shower/toilet, flat-screen TV, and desk. Many rooms feature a balcony with a view of the surrounding nature. A hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk upon request. The rooms are suitable for both solo travelers and guests traveling with friends.
Seminars, Events & Group Trips
The Dependance is ideal for seminars, workshops, conferences, and celebrations: With nine seminar rooms (ranging from approx. 35 m² to 250 m²), we offer space for small teams as well as larger groups and events.
All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with modern technology (e.g., Click&Share technology, presentation monitors), and can be flexibly combined.
Our team will personally take care of your event—from the technical setup to on-site support. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas and seminar rooms.
For larger groups (e.g., 21 or more adults), we offer special rates, making group trips particularly attractive.
Mobility Card+
The Parkhotel Annex in Breitenstein is a RUFbus partner. Overnight guests receive the Mobility Card+ at check-in, which grants them numerous benefits. Travel to and from the nearest train station, as well as trips under 7.5 km, are free with the RUFbus. For trips of 7.5 km or more, half the full fare is charged.
