Equipment We recommend wearing a cycling helmet on rides. Wear suitable clothing and sturdy shoes. You should consider taking rain and sun protection. Take enough to drink with you.
Route description The route starts in the centre of Krumbach. From here, travel to the B55, cross at “Billa” and ride past the Krumbacherhof Ottner family on the left. Here you take a low-traffic road with beautiful views along Königseggstraße to Eis Greissler. After a short refreshment in the form of homemade organic farm ice cream, we pass “Eis Greissler” and head back down towards the Weißes Kreuz. Here, you cross the B55 again and on the opposite side, past the former Weißes Kreuz inn on the right, you will travel uphill a little once more. At the next junction, turn right and follow the signposted route via Boden and Schaueregg and, finally, down Maierhöfner Straße towards the centre of Krumbach. The route is signposted with boards with the inscription “Aussichtsroute Nr. 3” in brown.

Getting there Coming from Vienna, take the A2 to the Krumbach exit and follow the B55. Coming from Graz, take the A2 to the Zöbern exit and follow the signs to Krumbach.
Public transport Take the train via Wiener Neustadt to Edlitz-Grimmenstein station, for example. From there, buses go to Krumbach. For more information, please visit www.öbb.at or www.vor.at
