An idea of passionate Neunkirchen runners soon became reality - a marked running route through the pine forest. A large information board shows runners the various routes and their length. The different colored arrows mounted on stones show the respective route. We hope that the Föhrenwald running route will be available to all runners for a long time to come and that it will continue to be used very actively.
We start at the parking lot for the running route near Neunkirchen. Then we follow the signs through the forest, which guide us along the route for the next 3 kilometers. We eventually arrive back at the parking lot.
Parking is available
Take the B 17 toward Wiener Neustadt—turn left onto Triftweg—the parking lot is on the right after the railroad overpass
Blätterstraße toward Neusiedl am Steinfeld – turn right onto Triftweg – the parking lot is on the left before the railroad overpass
The Neunkirchen train station is a 25-minute walk from the starting point.
