Route description Marking D13The path starts at the parking lot next to the Gasthaus Hönig and leads along the main square to the Raiffeisenkasse, where it turns left into Mühlgasse and then continues to the left. Afterwards, the path follows the street until a forest road. From there it continues towards the castle ruins. At the next opportunity (before the castle), the path continues to the right (signposted "Waldlehrpfad" - forest educational trail). At the end of the forest educational trail, a field is reached where the path goes downwards to the left. The last section leads to "Venedigstadt" and follows the street towards the town center back to the starting point.

Getting there From Vienna: Take the South Motorway A2, exit at Krumbach. Continue on the Krumbach junction. Continue on Kirchschlager Str./B55 towards Kirchschlag.From Graz: Take the South Motorway A2, exit Aspang-Zöbern. Turn right onto L137. Continue on Kampichl and Hauptstraße. Hauptstraße turns left in Zöbern and becomes Austraße. Follow L137 to Unterhaus near Krumbach and turn right to Kirchschlag.
