The traditional inn “Wirtshaus zum Raxkönig” in Nasswald, at the foot of the Raxalpe, has reopened under the management of landlady Jantima Maurer.
Between Rax and Schneeberg, a lively village inn with a refined culinary offering has come back to life: In addition to traditional Austrian cuisine, the Rax innkeeper is bringing new vibrancy to the region with Thai specialties. Known also as the Oberhof, the inn not only invites guests to stop in for good, down-to-earth or exotic food, but also offers guest rooms for longer stays or vacations in the wild and romantic area around the Höllental valley.
