Wirtshausküche an der Hohen Wand

Since 2023, everything at Gasthof Seiser Toni on the Hohe Wand has been cooked and baked from scratch. Goulash simmers for two days, the dough for the farmhouse bread matures for three. There is deliberately no deep fryer, but instead honest craftsmanship, seasonal ingredients and dishes that are not interchangeable.
