Description
The Rosenhof is located at 661m above sea level in Hollenthon - a wine tavern in the middle of the beautiful Bucklige Welt. For over 15 years, the Harnisch family has been spoiling their guests with delicacies from traditional, rural cuisine. The farmhouse bread is baked by the family themselves, the smoked trout comes from nearby Spratzau and the pastries are homemade. A particular specialty: the specially bred dwarf zebu (humpback cattle) lives on the Harnisch family's pastures in summer and winter and the meat from these small, robust animals is absolutely low in fat and cholesterol.
Brettljause and co are served on the sun terrace, where, in addition to good food and drink, healthy mountain air and a wonderful panoramic view await.
