The Winter Sports Museum in Mürzzuschlag was founded in 1947 and owes its location to the historical connection between the region around Mürzzuschlag and skiing. Visitors can experience the fascinating history of winter sports - from the first wooden skis and the first international ski race in 1893 to modern Olympic highlights.
