Description
The Wiener Neustädter Haus on the Hohe Wand, built in 1926, was bought by the municipality of Hohe Wand in the 1990s to set up a museum. This is how the Alpine and Local History Museum in the Hohe Wand Nature Park came into being.
Here you can learn about the history of mining, wildlife and mountain rescue. There are also changing special exhibitions.
