It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 very well-equipped kitchens and a sauna on three floors. The many common rooms and the spacious room layout are ideal for families and adult groups, all rooms are centrally accessible via the staircase. In summer there is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. In winter, the sauna is ideal for warming up after a cold winter's day, where you can also enjoy the view of the Rax massif in fine weather. Private parking spaces are available in front of the building, steep access road.
Private parking is also available on the street, where a demand stop for the RUFbus(stop no. 117) has also been set up since summer 2023. So you can reach your (hiking) destinations in the Semmering-Rax area without a car and get back to Villa Agnes!
Villa Agnes can only be booked as a whole house for up to 8 people. Pets are not allowed.
