The historic 'Kleinhäusler' country house, idyllically situated on a hillside with a courtyard entrance and wooden barn, offers direct access to the house's own orchard via a wooden terrace.
With room for 4 to 6 people, it is an ideal retreat for couples, self-catering guests, hikers and mountaineers. The country house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Grünbach am Schneeberg swimming pool and is situated on the local road opposite a pine forest hill. It is embedded in the hiking area from the Hohe Wand to the terrain and the surrounding mountains up to the Schneeberg.
On the first floor of the country house there is a kitchen, a single room and a living-dining room with a corner sofa and bed function, a WC with shower and a washing machine. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and built-in stove and has an old wood-burning stove ready for use. A spiral staircase leads to the converted attic, which has a corner sofa with bed function for one or two people, a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
