Mountain air, tranquility, and plenty of space. In Raach am Hochgebirge, a lovingly renovated summer retreat awaits you—now open year-round. Nestled in the countryside, at about 800 meters above sea level, with hiking trails right at your doorstep.
With 80 m² of living space, the “Sommerfrische” can accommodate up to 6 guests. Three bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern comforts make the house the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends.
Outside, a large garden with a covered patio and fire pit awaits. Here, you can start the day with breakfast surrounded by greenery, put your feet up after a hike, or wrap up the evening with a cozy barbecue by the fire.
Summer or winter—the mountains are always there. Hiking and biking on the Rax, Semmering, and in the Wechselland region; in winter, skiing and winter hiking in the snow-covered mountains. And if you just don’t feel like doing anything at all? All the better.
The “Sommerfrische” also tells a piece of family history. Even in the past, guests from Vienna came to our farm to spend their summer getaways here. Today, the renovated house combines this special charm with modern living comfort.
