A walk along the Bourbon Trail will give you historical insights into this period and you can discover many other traces of the Bourbons in Lanzenkirchen, including the Lilienhof, Sta. The starting point of the route is at the Grandhotel NÖ Hof, where the first information board is located. Along the street, the path continues to the next station, the Sta. Christiana school. The route passes the Felix Chapel and the New House. A highlight is Frohsdorf Castle, which can currently only be viewed from the outside. Afterwards, the Frohsdorf boys' school follows. Along the Leitha dams, there is more nature to experience. The path runs through the town of Lanzenkirchen until the train station is reached. At the edge of the town, there are wonderful views, also of the Schneeberg. Finally, the cemetery is reached, which has interesting stories to offer. The return path leads past the Lanzenkirchen boys' school, the Marian column, and the parish church until the starting point is reached again.
