At the farm store of the Kölbel organic sheep farm, you’ll find food and products made with great care right here on the farm.
From mid-April to early October, sheep’s milk cheese is made in the farm’s own cheese dairy, and various types of cow’s milk cheese are available year-round. The selection is rounded out by apple juice, cider, syrups, and—every Saturday by special order—fresh farmhouse bread and homemade pastries. You’ll also find smoked and air-dried meats, honey, apple cider vinegar, egg liqueur, fresh eggs, and—depending on the season—nandu eggs. Lambskins and wool products made from the farm’s own sheep’s wool round out the selection.
