Öhlerschutzhaus

The Öhlerschutzhaus (1,027m) is located on the Öhler, the second highest elevation after the Schober in the Dürre Wand hiking paradise, surrounded by the Schneeberg and Hohe Wand. In addition to hikers and mountain bikers, pilgrims on their way to Mariazell also meet here, where home-style cooking and delicious pastries await guests. The easiest way to reach the Schutzhaus from Puchberg is on foot in 2 to 2.5 hours.
