The Rosengarten route can be extended with the panoramic route to form a large loop.

When going out, we recommend wearing a bicycle helmet. Wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear. Remember rain and sun protection. Bring enough to drink.
Start of the route in Kirchschlag. Pass the Hotel Post, turn left onto Alte Karler Straße, then turn left onto L149. Immediately after, keep right and go through the forest until you can turn left onto L149A. Turn left twice towards Lembach until you reach the village. In Lembach, turn right at the village exit and at the next intersection turn left towards Stang. Follow the roads through Stang and continue on to Aigen until you reach the village. Continue past Baumgartnereck and Untermoar and follow the road into Berggasse and back to the starting point in Kirchschlag. It is possible to connect the route with the Panoramaroute (blue marking).
The route is marked with signs "Rosengartenroute No. 2" in pink.

From Vienna on the A2, take the Krumbach exit towards Hungary, then go to the Krumbach junction. Follow the signs to Kirchschlag.
From Graz, leave the A2 at the Aspang exit and drive towards Zöbern. Follow the signs to Kirchschlag.
By train from Wiener Neustadt to Edlitz-Grimmenstein station, then continue by regional buses to Kirchschlag.
