The double-track Pitten station is adorned with a large, rustic reception building on the edge of the market town of the same name in the Lower Austrian district of Neunkirchen. Timetable notices and loudspeaker announcements keep guests of the railroad constantly informed about current services, and waiting rooms are available in the station building itself.
40 parking spaces, which are available right next to the station, make it much easier to transfer from the car to the train. A Bike & Ride facility has been set up for almost 50 bicycles.
