Please follow the general rules for piste walkers. In addition, the current hygiene protocols in the ski resortsalso apply when walking on the slopes! To plan your trip, we recommend looking at the current snow depths and the exact lift opening times.

The Simas lifts in St. Corona am Wechsel

At the Simas lifts you can climb up the left side of the slopes every day from 8:30am until 4 or 4:30pm. Due to technical problems, there are no ski lifts, so the resort is almost exclusively available to piste walkers. (Takeaway available in the Simas-Hütte!)

Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen

Every Monday and Thursday once the lift has closed, you can still climb up the side of the slopes at the Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen. This does not apply if there is snow on the slopes! Book your necessary online tickets here.

The Arabichl ski lift in Kirchberg am Wechsel

At the Arabichlski lift piste walkers can climb up the left side of the slopes towards Hochwechsel every day from 9am until 4pm. This is only free of charge during the week. Current information on the website.

The Unterberg ski resort

In the Unterberg ski resort access to the edge of slopes is available every Wednesday from 8:30am until 5pm. Current information on the website.

The Schneeberg chairlift

The run in Losenheim, at the end of the Puchberg am Schneeberg valley, is not prepared – however, you there is plenty of interesting terrain under the 4-seater chairlift for off-piste skiers. Entry with a valid online ticket only!
