The Riegelhof as a summer retreat:
In 1903, the Riegelhof was built by Baron von Ferstel as a summer retreat for the Doderer family and its beauty has been preserved intact to this day. There is neither a whirlpool nor a flat screen, but pine wood, leisure and inspiration - the perfect vacation home for those who want to let their thoughts fly and are looking for something unique.
The Riegelhof in a secluded location with a unique view offers space for 10 people with Swiss stone pine beds, creaky wooden floors, all Doderer works and many other books, tiled stovestiled stoves, silence, fresh air, meadows, streams & forests, a campfire site and plenty of space for yourself and your loved ones.
The Riegelhof as an event location:
People have been celebrating, eating and laughing here for 100 years on 13 hectares of land with a main house, outbuilding, barn, meadows and woods - exclusively and without neighbors. This makes the Riegelhof an exceptional event location. Family members stay overnight at the Riegelhof - friends in the surrounding hotels and inns. Baptisms and birthdays are celebrated at the Riegelhof, weddings are celebrated in the open air or simply the joy of life itself.
