Seewirtshaus on Semmering

Dining excellent at the historic farmhouse on Semmering

A warm welcome to the Seewirtshaus at the foot of the Hirschenkogel, the “magic mountain”. The historic farmhouse, which dates back to the year 1666, is now an excellent restaurant. A traditional à la carte menu and seasonal specialities tempt guests to spend a leisurely mealtime by the waterside. Semmering roebuck, black salsify ragout, or fish – which you may catch yourself, on request – are best served on the terrace by the reservoir. The food here tastes so good, the Seewirtshaus has been presented awards by Gault Millau and Falstaff.
