Since 2015, Peter Strobl has been producing high-quality beer products with a unique taste at the "Schneebergbräu" wheat beer manufactory in Würflach - known as "Die Schneebergweisse".
The manufactory's philosophy is to produce a high-quality and vibrant food product. A foodstuff that is clearly different from mass-produced goods in terms of both taste and quality. In order to preserve all the nutrients and flavours, this beer is therefore neither filtered nor pasteurized. The result is a natural foodstuff, as it should be.
