In the farm store of the Gasthof Ramswirt you get only products from our own farm. Sausage specialties, dairy products such as yogurt, curd, cheese and also homemade bread are produced and sold directly on the farm.
Sale of A2 milk: This A2 milk is the most contractual for humans.
The difference is made by a single amino acid in the milk protein beta-casein - in A1 milk the protein chain is split, in A2 milk it is not.
This split protein fragment is suspected of triggering the complaints with A1 milk.
