Description
The farm store at Gasthof Ramswirt only sells products from our own farm. Sausage specialties, dairy products such as yogurt, curd cheese, cheese and homemade bread are produced and sold directly on the farm.
Sale of A2 milk: This A2 milk is the most contractual variant for humans.
The difference is made by a single amino acid in the milk protein beta-casein - in A1 milk the protein chain is broken down, in A2 milk it is not.
This split protein fragment is suspected of causing the complaints associated with A1 milk.
