Mönichkirchen am Wechsel is the obvious choice for a winter destination for the whole family. With a wide variety of descents ranging from the easiest to the most challenging, there is something for everyone.
As Lower Austria’s only ski resort to hold the prestigious double-gold Slope Quality Seal, Mönichkirchen-Mariensee ski resort is a byword for outstanding service. Three four-seater chairlifts connect 10 perfectly groomed slopes with a combined length of 13.5 kilometres (approx. 8.4 miles).

A fitting offer
Pleasure skiers experience the magnificent views over the eastern edge of the Alps on the panorama slope. In the children’s area of the practice slopes, the little ones can do their first ploughs. For cross-country and downhill skiers, all slopes are open until the lifts close at 20:30 every Monday and Thursday.
