Two natural ponds and a restaurant create an ideal ambience in Trattenbach for fishing enthusiasts and connoisseurs of local freshwater fish.
The fish ponds are home to salmon trout, rainbow trout and char from the farm's own breeding.
On the menu of the family business you will find culinary specialties ranging from pickled salmon trout with dill and pepper to grilled rainbow trout fillet in a crispy coating with parsley potatoes and tartar sauce.
