One family, two generations: the same goal - sustainable enjoyment!
The cuisine at Restaurant GÖRG celebrates the treasures from the forests, meadows, hills and waters of the Bucklige Welt and the Vienna Alps region. Traditional elements are combined with unusual ideas to create a new, delicious composition, in which something special is created from simple ingredients. Guests have the choice of enjoying their dishes à la carte or being served a multi-course menu.
The family business, which until recently operated under the name "Kupfer-Dachl", is situated in an idyllic location in the Eichbüchl district of Katzelsdorf. With the handover of the family restaurant to the next generation, tradition is being respected and rethought at the same time. This is how the new name "GÖRG" came about - after all, what could be more fitting for a family business than its own name?
