Description
The Gasthof Oberer Eggl, the oldest house in Prein an der Rax, was a branch monastery of Neuberg Abbey until 1790. In 1902, the Leistentritt family acquired this historic building and transformed it into the cozy inn that today attracts gourmets from near and far. The inn is easy to reach with the RUFbus Semmering-Rax (bus stop no. 01). In addition to its rich history and exquisite cuisine, the Gasthof Oberer Eggl offers a wide range of amenities.
