Description

The freshly caught trout on the left, the magnificent stag on the right and the table fork in the middle as a unifying element - the symbol of Gasthaus Buchegger in Krumbach tells a story and impressively reflects the strengths of the establishment. Sebastian Buchegger's inn at Tiefenbachstraße 1 is a leader in game and fish specialties. Deer, roe deer and wild boar are hunted by senior chef Karl Buchegger in his own hunting grounds and then professionally carved. The home-baked farmhouse bread, the fish from the farm and the vegetables are bursting with nutrients and score points for their regionality and sustainability. A highlight on the menu is the Tiefenbach trout, which comes from crystal-clear waters. The wine and beer selection is extensive.

Inn with farm shop

Wherever visitors look at Gasthaus Buchegger, the high quality standards are evident down to the smallest detail. A striking bar forms the heart of the rustic and cozy dining room. An old-fashioned wood-burning stove provides warm and cozy moments in the cold season. The terrace, surrounded by willows, fruit trees and the Tiefenbach stream, is inviting in the summer months. Home-made delicacies such as bratwurst, farmhouse bread, liqueurs, schnapps, Cider and apple juice can be purchased from the farm. A few meters away from the family-run inn, past the historic mill wheel, comfortable guest rooms tempt you to stay a little longer.
