Deer, roe deer and wild boar are hunted by senior chef Karl Buchegger in his own hunting grounds and then professionally carved. The home-baked farmhouse bread, the fish from the farm and the vegetables are bursting with nutrients and score points for their regionality and sustainability. A highlight on the menu is the Tiefenbach trout, which comes from crystal-clear waters. The wine and beer selection is extensive.

An old-fashioned wood-burning stove provides warm and cozy moments in the cold season. The terrace, surrounded by willows, fruit trees and the Tiefenbach stream, is inviting in the summer months. Home-made delicacies such as bratwurst, farmhouse bread, liqueurs, schnapps, Cider and apple juice can be purchased from the farm.
