Families, mountain bikers (Wexl Trails), skiers (Wexl Arena), hikers or nature and forest lovers will all enjoy the spacious living and sleeping areas of the apartment (approx. 95 m2) and the tranquillity of the private garden with lawn and terrace, sun loungers, dining table and barbecue area.

For sleeping and relaxing, our guests have a bedroom with a spacious box-spring bed and a bedroom with two single beds at their disposal; the couch in the living room can be used as an extra bed; a crib is also available on request.

The comfortable and well-equipped kitchen offers hobby cooks or lovers of quick meals every opportunity.
A spacious dining room offers space for eating and playing.

A spacious living room is furnished with a (sofa) bed, 2 armchairs, large modern TV, WLAN, games collection.
The bathroom with rainforest shower and 2 separate toilets have been designed to the latest standards.

Ski and bike parking spaces are available.

Washing machine in own utility room is free to use.

Dogs are allowed on request.

Parking spaces can be used free of charge in front of the house.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the town center. Aspang train station is a 20-minute walk away; bus connections are also available. The towns of Mönichkirchen (ski arena, summer roller coaster, HAMARI climbing park), St. Corona (Wexl Trails), Mariensee (water trail), Kirchberg/Wechsel (hiking/cross-country skiing Steyersberger Schwaig) and Krumbach (Eisgreissler) can be reached by car within approx. 20 minutes. Bad Schönau or the Herberstein zoo also offer wonderful excursion possibilities.
