Experience an unforgettable stay in the UNESCO World Heritage Semmering, high above the Atlitzgräben.

The accommodation has an open design and deliberately focuses on the essentials: A hi-fi system from the 70s for authentic sound experiences, a bathroom with a view of nature, a fully equipped kitchen and two sleeping areas (160cm x 200cm and 180cm x 200cm). No TV distracts from the essentials. First floor and outdoor areas are at your disposal.

Feel welcome in this retreat that touches the soul and revives your senses. Nature, culture and tranquillity merge here: romantic rock formations, deep green forests, glowing starry skies and breathtaking sunsets are reminiscent of Caspar David Friedrich's paintings. Hiking, skiing, mountain biking or simply relaxing - these surroundings offer space for your dreams.

Please understand that no open fires are permitted due to the proximity to the forest and the applicable regulations. The fireplace is also currently not usable as it is out of order for safety reasons. We thank you for your understanding and consideration.
