Description
Yoga classes take place in the idyllic Rax region in Küb/Payerbach with Roswitha Brunnhofer. Both indoor and outdoor practice are offered, as nature is considered the ideal teacher.
Philosophy and inspiration
Studying the philosophical teachings of yoga is a daily source of inspiration. Finding peace within oneself is a process that is encouraged through regular practice. These experiences are passed on by Roswitha Brunnhofer.
