  • alternatively from Dreiländereck via Hochwechseltrail Nord #22 to the summit and return via WU Trail #23 back to Dreiländereck = additional 9.7 km, about 1 hour, 268 m ascent

From A2 exit Edlitz/Aspang (Exit 69) follow the signs on B54 Wechselbundesstraße to Aspang am Wechsel.

Take the Südbahn to Wr. Neustadt and the Aspangbahn to Aspang-Markt station.

If you arrive with your own bike, you can start right away here. If you want to rent a bike, take the bus to St. Corona or Mönichkirchen. 

VOR route planner A to B

Did you know? Public access to the Wexl Trails is easily possible on weekends from Friday to Sunday thanks to bike trailers on the VOR line buses. The VOR line runs the route from Aspang-Markt station via St. Corona and Kirchberg am Wechsel on Saturdays and Sundays at 7:35, 9:35, 11:35, 14:35, and 16:35 with a bike trailer (space for up to 20 bikes).
