Waidmannsfeld
Description
The municipality of Waidmannsfeld-Neusiedl is the home town of Michaela Dorfmeister and is located in the district of Wr. Neustadt- Land, in the upper Piestingtal valley. The largely wooded municipality takes its name from the Waidmannsbach stream. The village is characterized by rural structures, but is also important as an industrial location. The unspoiled nature that surrounds the village, the cozy hospitality and the wide range of sports and leisure facilities make Waidmannsfeld an attractive destination. In addition to the soccer and tennis clubs, there is also a mini-golf club, a pit-pat course and a paddle section. The Piestingtal cycle path is ideal for cycling. Art and culture as well as traditional events are also firmly anchored in the municipality.
