Pfarrkirche St. Peter am Neuwald
Description
Once the wooden church of St. Peter near the Kranawettstaude, after the construction of the Gothic nave with sacristy it became an independent parish in 1783. Statue of St. Peter with the keys in the Baroque high altar, head of St. Peter above the sacristy door (allegedly from the original statue). Special feature: 16 rosary chapels around the cemetery.
The parish church is open during the day in summer (up to the entrance area) (beautiful view into the church).
